Profile

I was a dog groomer for 15 years, so I obviously care a lot for animals. It wasn't until I met a man named Larry who happened to be a quadraplegic that I considered expanding my caring nature to helping people. I started taking care of him and immediately I enjoyed it and got a real feeling of making a difference in the world. We became good friends as well as having a working relationship. I was his sole caretaker for a couple years and had a blast going through the trials and tribulations of life. Larry passed away in June and I just have an emptiness in myself. I have so much to give but nobody to give it to. I am currently working p/t. overnites at a dementia care facility as a QMAP but need to supplement my income with a few more hours. My patients describe me as understanding and sweet as well as a good worker.
