• Graduated and National Certified Medial Assistant (NCMA) • Able to assist physicians with procedures • Skilled with venipuncture and immunizations • Experience with EKG, Epic system software, POS system, MS word and Macintosh systems • Triage patients as needed • Prepare patients for exams, treatments, or tests • Obtain and document vital signs, medical history, chief complaint, allergies and medications • HIPAA compliant • Ensure the cleanliness, sanitation, and maintenance of facility, exam rooms and equipment • Familiar with laboratory tests, collection, and preparation of lab specimens • Authorize prescription refills as directed • Team player or Independent problem solver • Strong organizational skills • Detail orientated • Efficiently and effectively meet deadlines • Quick learner and multi-tasker
