Profile

I am a Certified Dietary Manager and Certified Food Protection Professional. I am ready to move into a slower paced career track which allows me to attend to the well being and health of fewer people, preferably one on one. I have served as the Food Service Director in facilities with a census of up to 200 persons. I would prefer to be an essential component of the quality of life of the aged and in firmed, but I no longer wish to have my skill and talents spread so thin anymore.
