Profile

I started as a Home Health Aide then I went to school to obtain an Association (NHA) certificate as an EKG Technician, Phlebotomy Technician, and Clinical Medical Assistant. Educated in first aid, *CPR, and blood borne pathogens. I then went and attained my CNA from Pearson View in Houston, TX . I worked as a caregiver and home health aide. I also was a Resident Care Supervisor at an assisted living home. I'm familiar with dispensed medicines, restock med cart and shelf, doing all med counts at the end of every shift, reordering refills from pharmacy, taking record of everything (documenting it) sign and date, filing and faxing documents, bathing and dressing patients, turning patients that are bedridden every 2 hours, understanding different meal plans, changing bed sheets and making beds, showing lots of love and making sure my patients are comfortable, checking vitals, patient triage, assessment and charting, along with a variety of medical office equipment. Save the best for last: through all this I love, I care, I'm a companion, and I put effort and time to understand all my patients, from inside out.
