In the United States, individuals over 65 will go from about 13% of the population in 2010 to almost 20% of the population in 2030. In Scottsdale, Arizona, our increase in the aging human population is no different. Scottsdale is experiencing rapid rise in our aging population, and the need for caregivers is increasing.
