In the USA, individuals over 65 will go from about 13% of the population in 2010 to almost 20% of the population in 2030. Here in San Jose, California, our rise in the aging human population is exactly the same. San Jose is experiencing rapid growth in our aging population, and the demand for caregivers is increasing. The opportunities for caregivers in San Jose still tend to increase as the inhabitants will continue to age at such a fast rate.
