In the USA, individuals over 65 will go from about 13% of the population in 2010 to almost 20% of the population in 2030. Here in Rochester, New York, our boost in the aging human population is the same. Rochester is experiencing rapid rise in our aging population, and the demand for caregivers is increasing.
