In America, individuals over 65 will go from about 13% of the population in 2010 to almost 20% of the population in 2030. Here in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, our increase in the aging population is the same. Philadelphia is experiencing rapid growth in our aging population, and the need for caregivers is increasing.
