In America, individuals over 65 will go from about 13% of the population in 2010 to almost 20% of the population in 2030. Here in Newark, New Jersey, our increase in the aging population is exactly the same. Newark is experiencing rapid rise in our aging population, and the need for caregivers is increasing.
