In the USA, individuals over 65 will go from about 13% of the population in 2010 to almost 20% of the population in 2030. Here in Minneapolis, Minnesota, our rise in the aging human population is the same. Minneapolis is experiencing rapid rise in our aging population, and the demand for caregivers is increasing.
