In the United States, individuals over 65 will go from about 13% of the population in 2010 to almost 20% of the population in 2030. Here in Mesa, Arizona, our boost in the aging human population is exactly the same. Mesa is experiencing rapid growth in our aging population, and the need for caregivers is increasing.
