In the United States, individuals over 65 will go from about 13% of the population in 2010 to almost 20% of the population in 2030. Here in Kansas City, Missouri, our rise in the aging population is the same. Kansas City is experiencing rapid rise in our aging population, and the need for caregivers is increasing. The opportunities for caregivers in Kansas City still tend to grow as the inhabitants will continue to age at such a fast rate.
